As a mother, you’re tired from not sleeping because your toddler gets up every 2-3 hours. How can you get a good nights sleep? Need coffee through the day but your still breastfeeding so you’re limited to 2-4 cups of caffiene a day. Your excited because its time for your hot morning coffee and then get side tracked.. Oh poop its cold.. easy solution you could put some ice in it and got yourself an Iced Coffee. Hard to find time to do anything let alone get to eat. Making dinner for everyone and cleaning up afterwards. Theory is when our children eat we eat but how does that work if they wont let you get a bite in? That’s why I drink my superfoods everyday (Ask me about that at another date.) Ha Sleep when your baby sleeps, mine barely naps and I have things I need to get done when she’s down. Laundry, eat, cleaning, coffee, shower and a workout. Shower? Pfft who has time for a shower?! That’s what wet wipes, dry shampoo and deodorant is for right!!!

These are super duper hard struggles!! When you have a child your whole world flips upside down. Its overwhelming and exhausting. Some of us have a partner, ourselves, babysitter, caregivers and other children to help us out.
The thing is we’re never really alone in this. If your ever depressed and crying, make sure to reach out to someone and let them know. Always ask for help if you need a break to regroup and gather your thoughts. Our mental health is extremely important and you can’t pour from an empty cup.
